Accessing Ageing and Health data

The database of the “Ageing and Health” study is not freely accessible. The access will be done through the permission of the main researchers of the centre to which the researcher will be linked. In order to access the data, the interested person must first complete annex I (attached below). This document will be submitted to the corresponding principal investigator (Dr. Josep Maria Haro (josepmaria.haro@sjd.es) or Dr. José Luis Ayuso Mateos (joseluis.ayuso@uam.es) if requesting data from the 2011 cohort; Dr. Josep Maria Haro (josepmaria.haro@sjd.es) or Dr. José Luis Ayuso Mateos (joseluis.ayuso@uam.es), Dr. Marta Miret (marta.miret@uam.es) or Dr. Beatriz Olaya (beatriz.olaya@sjd.es) if requesting data from the 2019 cohort).

In case of approval of the proposal, the interested person will receive an email indicating that the proposal has been accepted and a data access agreement must be signed. Subsequently, the researcher who oversees the proposal will facilitate access to the data.

The scripts containing the analyses from the “Edad con Salud” study are available on the team’s GitHub (https://github.com/Edad-con-Salud/EcS-Repository), but not all of them are freely accessible. Access will be granted with the permission of the principal investigators at the center to which the researcher will be affiliated. To access certain GitHub analyses, the interested party must first complete Appendix I (attached). This document should be sent to the appropriate principal investigator: Dr. Josep Maria Haro (josepmaria.haro@sjd.es) or Dr. José Luis Ayuso Mateos (joseluis.ayuso@uam.es) if requesting access to analyses of the 2011 cohort; Dr. Josep Maria Haro (josepmaria.haro@sjd.es), Dr. José Luis Ayuso Mateos (joseluis.ayuso@uam.es), Dra. Marta Miret (marta.miret@uam.es), or Dra. Beatriz Olaya (beatriz.olaya@sjd.es) if requesting access to analyses of the 2019 cohort.
If the proposal is approved, the interested party will receive an email indicating that the proposal has been accepted and must sign a data access agreement. Subsequently, the researcher supervising the proposal will provide access to the scripts.
